Sugar Scrub Class

Emily with Spruce & Spice held a sugar scrub and bath salt making class. Participants learned about how different oils will work with your body and which sugars and salts to use to maximize their relaxation goals. Each participant went home with 2 8oz jars of either a sugar scrub or bath salt.

Fider Cider Class

Courtney from Rowdy Family Farmacy taught the participants the importance of Fire Cider and they all got to learn how to make it themselves. They left the class with their own jar and instructions on how to make more.
