We’ve all heard this term but what does it mean? Today’s world has a ton of toxins and our body is always fighting to clear them from our system. Everything from air pollution to harmful chemicals in our daily products has toxins. Our built-in detoxification system (our organs) filters and eliminates these toxins easily in a fully functioning body. But, when our body becomes overburdened by these toxins, our detox pathways slow down. This is where the toxic overload happens. Our goal is to help educate on ways to support, drain and keep your detox pathways moving. 

We will be targeting your major detox pathways such as your liver, bowels, lymphatic system, kidneys and gut. Opening up your drainage pathways will assist in overall health and prep your for parasite cleansing. We will briefly discuss nutrition, castor oil packs and coffee enemas to help support multiple options for cleansing. If you are interested in our Parasite Cleanse after this class, we will add you to the Parasite Cleanse group. The parasite cleanse group is a private group on Facebook where we will assist you in the prepping, give you nutrition support and help you with accountability. In order to participate in our parasite Cleanse group, you MUST take a detox pathway/ cleanse class!

The Parasite Cleanse will be during the following month's full moon. You will have 2 weeks of "prepping" your body for the actual parasite cleanse which will begin the day before the full moon. The parasite cleanse kit will be available for purchase via Lauren, with Willoughby Wellness for $225. This kit will utilize the Cell Core Parasite Cleanse products and you will have enough product in your kit to perform 10 beginner cleanses (more info will be shared on how often you can cleanse). In addition to the kit, you will be required to fill out a wellness survey from Willoughby Wellness.
